How do you do it? set shutter speed to around 1/40 and start taking photos well before the main subject appears

What kind of attitude do you need? you need an attitude where you understand that not every photo is going to be what you are looking for.

Motion blurr:

I used contrast in this photo by blurring it to a point where it almost looks like someone is using white paint over the picture

I used unity in this photo by setting the backround as white all around which balanced the weight of the picture

I feel this photo is unified because of the 2 fences on the side with the main point of the image in the middle
